We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee all our stall building projects. You will be monitoring on-site activities and reporting the progress status to the higher authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- • Safety Education: Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols.
- • Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- • Accident Handling: Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocols.
- • Attendance Records: Maintain an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of construction employees and institute disciplinary measures as needed.
- • Blueprint Analysis: Analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- • Efficiency Recommendations: Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
