We are looking for a professional who turns building design into reality. They develop concepts for structures and then work with engineers to ensure those designs can function as desired in their intended setting or project goal.
What We’re Looking For:
- • Software Skills: Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Studio VIZ, or similar).
- • AutoCAD & Photoshop Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PPT presentation required for space planning and designing.
- • Conceptualization: Capable of independent conceptualization according to the client’s requirements.
- • Flexibility & Adaptability: Flexible, adaptive, and ready to learn.
- • Time Management: Effective operation under time constraints and ability to meet deadlines.
- • Team and Individual Work: Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- • Building Knowledge: Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- • Material & Process Understanding: Clear understanding of materials and construction processes and details.
- • Creative Thinking: Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Client Requirements Understand clients’ requirements and create Presentation Drawings, Tender Drawings, and GFC Drawings as needed.
- • Site Visits Visit sites to understand the exact requirements of clients.
- • Master Planning Perform master planning, layout, elevation, and presentation tasks.
- • Project Control Control projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design.
- • Feasibility Reports Take the brief to identify clients’ needs and prepare feasibility reports and design proposals.
- • Design Concepts Create design concepts considering clients’ needs and preferences within estimated timelines and project costs.
- • Project Scheduling Prepare pert charts and project schedules.
- • Site Supervision Conduct site supervision and project management.
- • Coordination Coordinate with various contractors, vendors, and design consultants.
- • Client Interaction Interact with clients and attend client/site meetings.
- • 3D Views Creation Create 3D views.
- • Bill Certification Certify bills submitted by various vendors and contractors.
- • Sanction Drawings Interact with agents on the preparation of sanction drawings.
